§ 1.24.040. Other nuisances.

The city may choose to abate any public nuisance or violation of this code through any of the abatement methods set forth in this Chapter 1.24, this code or in state or federal law. Nothing contained in this Chapter 1.24 shall be construed as limiting, prejudicing, or adversely affecting the city's ability to concurrently or consecutively use any of those proceedings as the city may deem are efficient, effective, practicable, or applicable.
